All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Farm hours and operating days are subject to change without notice due to weather or other reasons. In the event of mechanical failure or inclement weather, Fritzler Farm Park may close attractions without notice.
By entering Fritzler Farm Park, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in commercial film or photography in conjunction with Fritzler Farm Park advertising and all media whether known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release Fritzler Farm Park, its successors, assigns and licensees from any liability whatsoever.
Pass good for single-use admission to any of our 2020 Fall Days (or any 2021 event of equal or lesser value.)
Agreement and Warning – I understand and acknowledge that an agritourism entity is not liable for any injury to or death of an agritourism participant resulting from agritourism activities. I understand that I have accepted all risk of injury, death, property damage, and other loss that may result from agritourism activity.

We reserve the right to close any and/or all attractions to best follow any state mandated guidelines provided. These closures can occur prior to the start of a business day as well as at any point during operating hours. By agreeing to this warning, you acknowledge that you are assuming any and all posed risks. You also agree that Fritzler Farm Park will not be held liable in the event you do contract or are exposed to COVID-19 during your visit.
