By entering Fritzler Farm Park, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in commercial film or photography in conjunction with Fritzler Farm Park advertising and all media whether known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release Fritzler Farm Park, its successors, assigns and licensees from any liability whatsoever. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable and valid for dates identified on ticket. Agreement and Warning – I understand and acknowledge that an agritourism entity is not liable for any injury to or death of an agritourism participant resulting from agritourism activities.
